Tantra Yoga

Here, I talk about five specific tantra positions (mudras) that can be of benefit to everyone.
You need to do both sides.
The first tantra yoga position is simply to lie down on one's front:

Emily

Stay there with your arms above your head, and your head resting to one side on one of the arms.
Then turn onto your right side and bend your legs.
This is the second tantra position:

Madi

Stay there for one minute.
After that do position three:
Keep your legs bent to the side as they are, and turn your body back up to face the ceiling.
So you will be lying on your back with your legs bent to the right side:

Lauren

Stay there for one minute.
Next, remain lying on your back, but take your left leg to the left, so that your knees are apart.

Relax your legs in position 4 which is:

This is a picture of Me. Stay for as long as you can in this position.
If your groins and inner thighs hurt too much, put 1 or 2 cushions under each knee.
Next lie on your back with your legs straight and arms by your side and relax.
This is the fifth tantra position:

Candice

Stay there for two minutes.
