Everybody, every animal should be free to do what he/she/it wants.
Even a child under puberty, or a woman who has 'surrendered' to a man is free.
There are consequences to you if you deprive someone who does not belong to you of his or her of its liberty.
1. He (including she/it) may have spells of anxiety, distress, lack of tranquility
2. He may feel less inclined to seek pleasure or you may deny him this opportunity.
For example, suppose you lock up a dog or a sheep. You may need to use force, another crime, or it may hurt itself trying to escape.
It will feel anxious, why can it not go where it wants; if it wanted to be in the box you put it in then you do not need to lock it up.
It may have fewer possibilities to meet other dogs of the opposite sex.
Leaving aside the question of actual harm by feeding it cooked food or exposing it to Western 'cleansing' substances, ..
the first category of crime costs you Rs 25000 per hour, and the second Rs 7000 per hour.
As another example, suppose someone wants to have a website criticising your government or putting up photos,
if you do not let him he will be disappointed, and you need to pay him Rs 25000 for each hour he feels like this.
He may have spent time putting together his material, he may get anxious about your criminal intent, and he may suffer loss of income generating possibilities.
As another example, the people who would have looked at this website or newspaper are denied pleasure
and you will pay Rs 7000 per hour for each person so denied.
They will then become less healthy, more diseased, and the costs associated with this are for you to bear.
All sorts of costs are implied if you force a child to go to school, or if you impose visa restrictions, or
requirements to report to the police, or feed lies to people, or stop people telling truth.
Or require them to go to expensive hotels rather than cheap hotels, or if you require a taxi driver to have an expensive car rather than a cheaper car,..
