A History of the West, a Jewish Perspective

Why 2800 years of Continuous Hell (see below) for Jews?

Not looking after children, eating meat, and torturing their wives.
The Koshe method of killing animals particularly causes the animals huge distress.
Suppose a Jew is 53 and has eaten half a chicken each day in his life for 50 years.
50*365*.5 is about 9000 chicken sufferings.
That is a lot of pain.

The Start of the West

A number of originally Buddhist tribes came from India to the West from about 830 BC
Besides Buddhism, they founded the Hindu, Jain, Zoarashtrian,
Abiezrite, Amalekite, Assyrian, Asher, Babylonian, Celtic, Egyptian, Greek, Inca (Maya), Judaite, Manasseh,
Midianite, Naphtali, Philistine, Sea People and Zebulun civilizations.
All were in search of a place to stay with a good food supply.
They raged war after war, terror after terror against each other.

A Brief History

Judges 6 recounts what happened at the time of Gideon, just before the first King of 'Israel':
The Israelites did evil in the eyes of the Lord, and for seven years he gave them into the hands of the Midianites.
Next came Abimelech, a Philistine (i.e. Palestinian) King ruling the Jews, according to the Hebrew Bible, "wickedly"
over the ancient city of Shechem.
Next come the Egyptians, Jewish High Priest Jacob is forced to appoint Manasseh and Ephraim as Kings in two different parts of 'Israel'.
The Babylonians were the next peoples to terrify the tribes people of Judah (597 BC)
In 571 BC, Cyrus the Great of Persia conquered Babylon, took over its empire, and founded the Persian Empire.
He ensured that all Jews followed his faith.
The true horrors of being such are mentioned in the Bible.
Typically, a Jewish man would become a slave at age 10, and live for 6 years, before being offered to the Persian sacred fires
The population of Jews was maintained because the Persian women were in charge and liked marrying young Jewish boys
In terms of the Jewish priests, he permitted them to stay in Jerusalem in exchange for huge sums of money
and a constant supply of Jewish male slaves and Jewish boys to feed into his huge sacrificial fires...
His successor Darius the Great continued this policy when he took over Egypt.
The Greeks defeated the Persians in 323 BC and then began persecuting the Jews.
The Romans then conquered Greece in 175 BC and then began persecuting the Jews.
In 61 AD the Jews caught leprosy and were driven out of Egypt by the Egyptians.
With all this killing, feeding Jews to the sacred fire,..there were then no Jews left in the Middle East
They had gone to Europe, but the Romans did not want them and they accumulated in enclaves.

The earthquake of 62 A.D. caused huge damage in Pompeii and Herculaneum but no Romans were killed, only Jews.
On the same day I also created a huge tsunami, tidal seismic wave, same location, also targetting Jews.
When the Romans converted to Christianity, their empire was defeated by the Germans in 410 AD who then began persecuting the Jews.
In 636 AD, the Muslims took over the Palestine region by the Caliphate (Islamic Empire) under Caliph Umar.
Control passed to the Seljuk Turks in 1071
The Muslims crucified the Christians and began persecuting the Jews.
Christian rule from 1099 AD (Roman Catholic Pope Pope Urban II)
Under the Crusades, Christian knights captured Jerusalem after seven weeks of siege and begin massacring the city's Muslim and Jewish population
Muslims under Saladin (from 1187)
Crusaders after Saladin's death (from 1193)
Muslim (from 1206)
Christian (from 1229, Frederick II, Holy Roman Emperor)
Retaken by Muslim mercenaries in 1244
Then Christian, Muslim, Christian, Mongol, Crusader,..Ottoman Turk..
British from 1917

How many Jews are there?

In 1933, with only 3500 Jews left in the Middle East, there were 15 million left in the rest of the world

They were in Poland (3 mn), the European part of Russia (2.5 mn), 3.5 mn in the rest of Europe,
and 6 mn living in the USA.

The history of this 15 million is interesting.
3 million fled Palestine during the reign of the Persians from 465 BC.
No other Jews managed to escape the Middle East.
They first went to Greece, fled Greece and went to Italy, fled Italy,..
Then, the Black Death epidemics devastated Europe, annihilating 70% of the population.
The Jews were made scapegoats and people believed that Jews caused the disease by deliberately poisoning wells.
In Spain, the biggest Jewish centre, the Spanish Inquisition was established in 1478 by the Catholics.
The expulsion of the Jews from Spain in 1492, and from Austria, Hungary and Germany,
stimulated a widespread Jewish migration to Poland.
Whilst Jews were told that Poland would welcome them, actually that is far from the truth.
They soon began migrating to Russia and the rest of Europe, including Turkey.
The Ottoman Empire (1299-1922) was not good for the Jews.
The history of Jews in Russia from about 650 AD is one of persecution..
5 million Jews fled Russia between 1880 and 1920, mostly to the United States.
There are virtually no Jews left in the former Russian Empire.
In America, the Jews were often conscripted, so of the original population of 5 million, 2 million Jews lost their lives, mainly to Hitler.
The Nazis took over the lives of virtually all 9 million European Jews from 1933.
They disposed of 5 million up to 1945 (in addition there were 4 million who lost their lives fighting the Germans),
leaving 4 million left.
Now the distribution is 3 million in Israel, 3 million in America and 1 million, mainly in Canada, France and the UK.

Are times easier now?

You may think that Jews have had it easy since 1945. Not true.

First, when people fought in WW2 (and later wars), for every death, there are also casualties, people without limbs, etc.
Of the 4 million European Jews who were not killed by the Nazis, 3.7 million had caualties that caused them excruciating pain.
Second, most Israeli people and also many American Jewish males have fought in various wars since 1945 (5 million).
The effect of being exposed to the chemicals used in weapons, to the explosions, to seeing friends with half a brain, etc. is devastating.
For women and children, living with a maniac is not easy also. What will they do to you if they have a turn and hold a knife?
That leaves about .5 million jews not much impacted by war.
But, these Jews and all the remaining 6.5 million Jews mostly eat meat, or use Western medicines or cosmetics tested on animals..

'Religious' History

It all started with Adam in 905 BC.
He was the first Hindu to eat meat. I give the Biblical ages of Adam's line of succession below, just as a joke.

  • Adam, lived 930 years
  • Seth = Adam's 3rd son, lived 912 years
  • Methusela  (4th great grandson of Seth), lived 969 years
  • Lemech (son of Methusela), lived 777 years
  • Noah, lived 950 years
  • Shem son of Noah (father of all Semites), lived 600 years
  • Eber or Heber (great-grandson of Shem), lived 464 years
  • Terah (3 x great grandson of Eber), lived 205 years
  • Abraham (Abram son of Terah), lived 175 years
  • Isaac (son of Abraham and Sarah), lived 180 years
  • Jacob (called Israel and son of Isaac and father of the 12 tribes), lived 147 years
  • Levi (3rd oldest son of Israel, Jacob)
  • Moses (son of Amran son of Kohath son of Levi), lived 120 years (born 530 BC).

  • Moses receives the Oral Tradition from God and is commanded (by the Egyptian High Priest) to write the first 5 books of the Old Testament.
For more on Moses, see below.

The following are the various dynasties of the Kings of 'Israel':

  • House of Gideon
  • -Abimelech-the son of Gideon, was the first man declared a king in Israel
  • House of Saul
  • House of David
  • -Solomon
  • -Rehoboam, then 'Israel' was divided in two:
  • -the northern Kingdom under Jeroboam, with its capital, first in Shechem, then Penuel, Tirzah, and finally Samaria, and ruled first by Jeroboam
  • -the Neo-Assyrian Empire conquered and destroyed the northern kingdom 722 BC
  • -The Assyrians were a mighty empire controlling Iraq, Syria, Jordan and Lebanon.
  • -They were a fierce and cruel nation who showed little mercy to those they conquered (2 Kings 19:17)
  • -The Bible is full of references that God would use Assyria as the “rod of His anger” against the idolatrous Israelites (Isaiah 10:5-19).
  • -The Assyrians were conquered by the Babylonians, who killed all Jews in the area
  • -and the southern Kingdom of Judah with its capital still in Jerusalem and ruled by the House of David
  • Hasmonean dynasty (Greek)
  • Herodian dynasty: Herod the Great (Roman, 37 BC–4 AD)

  • The Bible idealizes David as a warrior, statesman, loyal friend, and gifted poet.
This is rubbish, it also mentions how he plotted the death of one of his officers, Uriah, so that he could marry his beautiful wife, Bathsheba.
He was denounced by the prophet Nathan.
Similarly, the bible tells of how great Samuel was, wise, 1000 concubines,..All rubbish , as you will see if you study the Bible.

    Moses and the Jewish Bible

Below I have picked out a few main verses from the old testament about the story of Moses.
I have added some comments to make it clearer.

Moses, the servant of the Lord and the children of Israel, smote them (nice term for what happened to them).
Moses gave them by way of inheritance to Ruben, and Gad, and to..

He became a High Priest for the Egyptians, and gave the Jews who relied on him away as slaves.
And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying, Behold, I have made thee a god to Pharao, and Aaron thy brother shall be thy prophet.
God makes Moses a god to the Egyptian Pharao.
All Jews in Egypt were slaves to the Egyptians. Moses did whatever the Pharao wanted.
God asks Moses to kill all first born.
